Job Qualification Requirements:
The position requires 24 months of prior work experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and landscaping skills for landscaping, maintenance and repairs as client needs arise.
Because the job will require daily movement in and about Saipan traveling to and from client building and residence locations and to materials vendors to acquire items necessary for repairs and maintenance, the job requires that the employee obtain a CNMI Driver's License and secure the daily use of an operational, registered and insured vehicle prior to the employee's first day of work and to maintain a valid CNMI Driver's License, and operational registered and insured vehicle at all times during the full term of employment. Company employees are reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate for their fuel and maintenance costs for all miles traveled in their vehicles for company business.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The Company will provide the employee, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the employee's assigned duties.
Board, lodging and daily transportation are not provided. The Company will not provide on-the-job training. The position does not require the supervision of other employees.
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE required by 20 CFR § 655.423(f): The employee will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the employee's arrival in Saipan or August 01, 2025, whichever is later, and ends on July 31, 2026 unless the employment is extended by a new contract.
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE required by 20 CFR § 655.423(j)(1): if the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the Company will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the employee's transportation and subsistence from their place of hire to Saipan. Upon completion of the work contract or if the employee is dismissed earlier, the Company will provide or pay for the employee's reasonable costs for return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the employee originally departed to work in Saipan, except where the employee will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the Company has appropriately reported the employee's voluntary abandonment or employment with the Company. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

UNITED COOP CLEANING SERVICES LLC is seeking one (1) Building and Grounds Cleaning Maintenance Worker (SOC#49-9071.00). No education or training is required, but minimum work experience is required as described herein.
JOB DUTIES: The employee will clean, repair and maintain structures, infrastructure systems and grounds of residences, commercial buildings and establishments using hand and power tools and basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mason skills.
REGULAR WORK HOURS: The job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position requiring 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: The employment will start on August 01, 2025 and end July 31, 2026.
LOCATION OF WORK: The work for this position will be performed in and around Saipan at various client businesses and residences.
WAGE RATE: The position is not FLSA exempt and pays between $9.75 and $10.00 per hour, depending on experience, with an overtime premium of 1.5 times the regular rate of $14.63 to $15.00 per hour for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in any workweek. The employee will be paid on a bi-weekly basis without deduction, but the Company will withhold all payroll taxes required by law (FICAHI, NMTIT Chapters 2 and 7 taxes).
